The caller said I was approved for a loan. I asked to be taken off the list. He called me an idiot, stupid and a fucking bitch. The caller had an indian accent.

This number keeps calling but no one is on the other end, it is very annoying and I am ex-directory so how did they get my number?

Caller has a thick accent, you can barely understand him. Had my first and last name, the last four digits of my SS#, new the name of a previous bank I used also knew the name of a friend. I asked the friend if they had called her, she said she thinks so, she couldn't undertand the caller and advised him not to call her house again. They haven't called her back. The funny thing is they won't give you any info, only wants to speak to your attorney. When I said I don't have an attorney, they gave me the so called information and said they were sending my information to the courthouse. They also said they wish me luck as this situation unfolds.

Caller claims to be a law firm for MTE Financial

I am being called at least four times/day, from 0800 hrs to 2100 hrs. No message is being left on my answering machine, just taking up space. I am tired of it and would like to have it stopped.

This number called my cell phone but I didn't answer because it's a number I don't recognize. When I tried to call the number back, the operator said the phone number is disconnected but they just called me 10 seconds ago. NJ, 5 calls last week of Jan 2011
